1. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order, but if something isn't right, we are here to help.
- Return Window: You have 21 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on yarn that has been wound, knitted, or separated from its original skein/packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety or copyright reasons, we do not accept returns on digital patterns, needles, hooks, or items marked as "Final Sale."
2. How do I start a return?
To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these steps:
- Request a Return: Email us at info@twistingyarns.com with your order number (e.g., #TY1234) and the reason for the return.
- Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please do not send items back without this number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack your items and write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the parcel.

3. Do you offer free returns?
At this time, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Twisting Yarns cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- Processing Time: We typically process returns within 10 working days.
- Confirmation: You will receive an automated email once your refund has been issued.
- Payment: The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that banks can take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit to your account.
5. Can I exchange an item?
Due to high demand and the artisanal nature of our stock, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website. This ensures your new items are reserved for you immediately.
6. I received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?

- Include Photos: Please attach a photo of the incorrect or damaged item.
- Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) right away.
