Every Twisting Yarns order is packed with care and shipped directly from our artisanal studio in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. Our location in the Himalayas influences our "slow-craft" approach, ensuring your yarn is handled with the respect it deserves.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer straightforward shipping rates to keep things simple:

Domestic (India): * Flat rate of ₹100 for orders under ₹3,000.
FREE Shipping on all orders of ₹3,001 or more.
International: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We partner with DHL Express and FedEx to ensure your sustainable fibers arrive safely and quickly.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Because we value natural processes, our processing times reflect our commitment to quality:

Order Processing: 5 to 8 business days (we do not ship on weekends or public holidays).
Domestic Delivery: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery: 10 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Note: During peak seasons or heavy snowfall in the Himalayas, minor delays may occur. We appreciate your patience with our slow-craft timeline.

4. How can I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves our studio, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your yarn's journey from the mountains to your doorstep in real-time.

5. Will I have to pay Customs or Import Duties?

For our international community:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your country.
Twisting Yarns is not responsible for these charges. They are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders efficiently. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please email info@twistingyarns.com within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we are unable to make further changes.
